    I tried to call Kobalt for the past few days (wednesday onwards) but nobody seems to answer the phone...has anybody managed to speak to Andrew or Neil in the last days?

    they have all been quite ill over the last 10 - 12 days so that could be the reason. try again today.

    Im waiting on my latptop to come this week. The ETA on it was the 15th (this wednesday) but the status still hasnt changed on the website and i havn't got any sort of e-mail saying we have started building it.
    How was it for you MrDJ i hear that they dont update the website very frequently but should they not send you out an e-mail giving you your orders status?

    Since ordering it, i've been waiting 19 days so far.
