    Hello!

I'm new to the forums as far as posting, but have been reading a lot of great posts here and made decisions based on what I have read, even to the extent of purchasing my Clevo laptop!

However, I have a question at the moment which was posted in the title. Where can I purchase all the fans needed to run my Clevo W870CU? I live in Europe and would need to have it shipped here, so an international online shop would be excellent.

I have been trying to google it, but I am so unsure of the part numbers that I have read on the webpages and I do not want to start ordering nilly willy and get the wrong parts.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I have Clevo W870 and think that these fans are unnecessarily noisy. Perhaps usage of some good lubricant can make them quieter. When I have the time I might try lubricant I use in inline skate bearings, or perhaps no lubricant can help if the bearings are too bad. You could also try different fans with similar dimensions and similar voltage/current.

Thanks for the tips damascus. They are really noisy to some degree. My issue was that they started doing "other" noises like sort of going fast then slow repeatedly which makes this particular sound. It never use to, and I am afraid that one of the fans are on the way out, and I would really like to have backups so to speak. But I might get the original fans so to speak, and then buy some experiment quieter ones.
