    I am thinking of buying the amd 6990m card but i don't know where from. Can anyone help me on this?

    I got mine through these boards, PKHETAN. Check the subforum NBR market place, computer components, search for the 6990m thread by PKHETAN.

    I thought about buying a 6990 too but I think the 6970 does a great job and I am going to stick with this card untill something waaay better comes along. Hopefully newer cards will retain the same MXM 3.0b form factor. Also once newer cards are released others may dump there old 6990s for newer hardware.
