    Hi guys,

I bought my W230ST some time ago, from a reseller that disappeared from the radars. I need now a replacement for my palmrest and my cpu heatsink fan. I wrote directly to Sager and they bounced me to some Clevo support services based in Europe, but I got no answer from them...

Is there any reseller out there that is willing to sell some spare parts? If not a reseller there's any chance to get this spare parts somewhere else?

    Thank you!

Thank you. I already contacted the addresses in the first link, but I'm still waiting for an answer...

In the second site I can't find the spare parts I need for the W230ST :(

A new C-cover (which is the palm rest and touchpad) will be around £25 and the heatsink, which is all in one so will cover the GPU and CPU will be approximately £12. That's roughly €35 and €18.

Be aware that the palm rest is a separate part to the black underside fo the chassis and it's a bit of a tricky job to do.

If you don't have any luck with a reply from the service center directly, please feel free to contact us directly sales @ mysn.co.uk or pm me and I can get the parts sorted out for you and get you a shipping quote depending on the destination country :)

Hello clevo-extreme and XMG thanks for helping. I did not receive any reply from the support so I will contact you.

Thanks for the prices. About the heatsink, what I really need is the fan (because of the rattling issue mine has). Is the fan included in the heatsink package? I wrote you by mail as per your advice.

    Hi

Email received :) You can buy the fan separately if you wish, no need to buy a new heatsink as well unless you need it. We will clarify over email, you should have a reply shortly.
