    Im looking for 2 heatsinks and backplate for the GPU. Apparenty, ebay is not flooded with these kind of components compared to Alienware.

    Go through your reseller. This is a very specialised machine so parts are not everywhere.

    Your reseller sounds like a scam dealer then. Any Clevo reseller should be able to source parts...

    Some resellers have a policy against selling certain components to end users. It's not always/only a matter of inventory. Clevo will likely direct you to a reseller for this sort of inquiry, too, as I don't think they provide parts to end users.

    Correct, Clevo do not sell direct to individual customers so they wouldn't be able to help. As you are in Norway, the best option would be either a European company or the service center in Germany or UK. I would recommend contacting either of the following two Clevo service centers:
