I have been having a few issues, one was a blue screen error that I keep getting (USB_BUGCODE) and the other is when I run "BurninTest" and test my new video card (Quadro FX 3700m, Nvidia) I get the error "error initializing directdraw".

When researching both issues the both seem to point to chipset drivers not being installed correctly. But I cannot find chipset drivers for my sager np9262 for windows 7 x64 anywhere, how could I find these? Does anyone have the latest ones?

Also, concerning the directdraw error, I already opened dxdiag and directX is installed and enabled so that is not the issue. If anyone has any ideas to what else this might be if it's not the chipset I am all ears.

Does anyone know where I could download the chipset for the Sagernp9262?? I tried to download the chipset from the intel website several times, but each time I try to run the installation in says that my computer does not meet the minimum requirements for that installation, but I am 100% sure I am downloading the right file, I have even tried a few other files, but those obviously didn't work and I got the same error. I have windows 7 pro x64. Can anyone tell me where I should look?

    Have you installed netframework?

Some intel drivers need it installed first.
