Seeing as the 3720QM supports vt-d, i want to make use of it. Can anyone recommend me a Virtualization Program? i cant seem to find one which supports vt-d. neither Virtualbox or VMWare support it....

VirtualBox only recently began to support VT-d so a lot of information is obsolete. It is still "experimental" though and seems to only be supported for Linux systems.

Hyper-V supports VT-d but that's only available on Windows Server editions :)

If your familiar with Linux, Fedora comes with support straight from the install. You then will be able to install Windows 7 and have total access of your Radeon 7970. Nivida does not suport the feature, because you have to use the Quadra workstations video cards. Ati does not have issues.
