I'm looking at a Sager, but my budget is right at about $1000. I want a gaming rig that has an extended life, so it's probably either the NP5160 or NP5165. The problem is that if I go up to get the NP5165 I would have to get the i5 processor to stay in budget but the NP5160 has only the 540M and I want to play games like BC2. Which way should I go?
Also, I'm leaving for Australia around July 10 for about 6 months so I need to make sure that I can get it by then. Which are the resellers that I should go with.

I would go with NP5165 since if you add the 1080 screen option to np5160 than the difference between the laptops is only $80.
And if you want gaming capabilities than 555 is a better match and i5 is as capable of gaming as i7 is -

A stronger GPU will have a more noticeable performance increase than the i7 versus i5. -

To add on to the link the Malibal rep posted above me, you can check out FPS rates here too, might be a little helpful as well

Sacrifice both the i7 and the 555M, and get the NP5160 with the 95% gamut display

Sacrifice the wallet and get np8130
Which for the sacrifice: i7 or the 555M?
