My graphics card on my 5796 (9800m gt) finally went bad after 4 years. Went bad 6 months ago did the baking trick and I think it's finally gone. What is a good replacement that won't destroy my bank, I play some games..waiting for diablo3. Looking to spend under 250. Help!!!

Please give your clevo model number, nobody remembers old sager model numbers. If that's a predecessor to the P170EM (which it should be, if you were able to bake your gpu), you could spend a royal fortune on a new gtx 9800m, but if not, you're screwed. Also, mobile gpu's are expensive. Nvidia's best cards usually cost around $700, and 9800m was best in it's generation. Really, just get a new laptop.

After four years of usage, it's probably a better idea to abandon the NP5796 for greener pastures, even though it has served you so faithfully and valiantly. I'm sure it would be proud of its predecessor (hint: P170EM).

Battery life should be far better as it has gpu switching.
