I just bought NP8662, now I am confused about the memory. Which one is better for gaming?or maybe overclocking in near future?

    1. Kingston HyperX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Laptop Memory
    2.OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memory
    3. G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memo

my machine spec beside everything else in common inside NP8662
    Vista 64 bit
    HDD 320GB 7200RPM
Intel P9600 2.66GHz will be upgraded to Quad core either QX9200 or QX9300

Thanks in advance for your opinion and your time too :))

memory wont affect the performance of your gaming.

those are all 4GB and good brands.

So just get the one that is the best priced.... since all of those have lifetime warranty.

the RAM speed will be downclocked to 1066MHz due to the chipset... so again.. would not matter. ;)

and RAM speed wont affect performance in either case.

The 1333MHz RAM should be better for FSB overclocks.

I have the OCZ 1333MHz 4GB (2x2GB) kit, and it seems to perform quite well.

FSB overclocks aren't happening in the M860TU anyway.

The general rule of thumb is to buy the cheapest.
