    in your experiences, which one has the better customer service and warranty? i heard good things about xotic but powernotebooks has 10x the great reviews on resellerratings

    both are great.... you cannot go wrong with either.

    just flip a coin, or choose one thats closer to you.

    yeah, im reading the reviews on powernotebooks.com, their customer service sounds amazing, one guy even mentioned how he was called 30 min. after ordering to confirm the order....

    I heard great things about powernotebooks as well but I chose to go with Xotic and I'm pretty happy with them. Every time I've had an issue, they replied very promptly and solved any problems that I had. I was a little upset with their price matching policies in the beginning but it was ultimately up to Sager and not Xotic so I got over it.

    Bought a NP9262 from Powernotebooks.com. Computer and purchasing experience were both great. I'd recommend a sager, and Powernotebooks without hesitation.

    I got the Sager NP2096 and it has been fantastic so far. Very solidly built, and just an all around pleasure to use.

    Ordered from XoticPC since Powernotebooks doesn't ship to Canada :D. It's been a really nice experience, response time is really fast. But I'm sure powernotebooks delivers the same quality.

    As a third option, I ordered from PCTorque. They guarantee to beat anyone's prices, and I had great service. I actually ordered a 5796, but they upgraded me to the 5797 for the same price and threw in free shipping.
