    Perform a registry search for "ulps" string. Wherever you find "EnableUlps", set the value to "0". After that the MSIAfterburner will work. You will loose the ZeroCore feature though, GPU(s) will be always on.

    Mind you, every time you update drivers, yo will have to redo this to be able to overclock.

    I've read other posts like this too, where someone says you have to do the registry edit after new driver install. I've done many driver installs and only once have I had to reedit the registry to get overclocking to work again. Any idea why?

    still not working for me either... i have an "external display" issue. with the external display attached via hdmi it's not working but as soon as the display is disconnected its working just fine. so if you're using an external screen you might wanna check this, too (although many have said that it's working with external screens for them)

    You may have missed a ulps entry.

    Isn't there only one ULPS to set to '0'?

    I'm not sure about the external display issue. I know that for p150em and p170em you sometimes need to have a program/game that relies on the dgpu active before you are able to apply an overclock setting in afterburner since the igpu is always on and dgpu has to go through igpu no matter what. For example, I will run Kombuster first and then Afterburner immediately after and this way when I select one of my overclock profiles in afterburner, the setting will stick. If I just run afterburner and select and try applying an overclock profile, afterburner will show the clock speeds jump back to zero and no overclock is actually applied. I forgot if the original poster's p370em relies on igpu for display so this problem might not effect them.

    You also have enabled the unofficial overclocking mode in afterburner?

    EnableULPS = 0

    Reboot

    Set OC to enable (=1) in .cfg file in Afterburner

    I think you have to put in the eula statement.

    Yeah - you dont even have to put in the EULA - you can just use a "1".

    Oh they changed that then, it used to unlock only if you entered in exactly the right string.

    I do not know if you've found the answer to your question, but I did it this way and everything is working properly:

    1 From regedit "EnableUlps 0"
    2 From main folder of "MSI Afterburner" open file "MSIAfterburner" with notepad and then edit the bold lines:

    [ATIADLHAL]
    UnofficialOverclockingEULA = 1
    UnofficialOverclockingMode = 1
    AccessibilityCheckingPeriod = 0
    UnifiedMemoryUsageMonitoring = 1

    If that will not work, reinstall MSIAfterburner and edit the file "MSIAfterburner" with these two commands again.

    Donɘ.
