Windows 8.1 could recognize it correctly

I tried drivers from synaptics and the official manufacturer site, but none of the drivers active the touchpad.

I install the drivers offered by clevo but still not work.

    hi
is it turned off by the shortcut keys?

try Fn + F1 most clevo's have this combo but not sure about your model. check the user manual.

There have been some driver refreshes for 8.1 and some bugs have come up here and there since people started jumping on board.

So it might. ;) If so, it would be good to know so we can look into it.

    :mad2:

You can try drivers from another site, or see if the Windows native driver works.

It may not sound pertinent, but is your BIOS and EC firmware up to date?

If it worked in 8, it's probably specifically the 8.1 driver.

Is the problem getting the correct driver loaded and working or is the problem that the touchpad doesn't work at all? When a standard PS/2 device is detected the touchpad should work in mouse emulating mode.

    It makes a huge difference.
