I am assuming that the NP6873 is virtually the same as he NP6872 but I can't find out if that's true or if it is, what's the differences are.
On the official NP6872 thread I believe Meeker claims that the NP6872 is a light gaming machine. I'm not sure what would count as light gaming. Would that mean that games like Witcher 3 or DS3 would not run well on it?
I'm on a severely limited budget and my NP9150 went belly up. I'd like an affordable replacement and I'm hoping this would fit the bill. Does anyone have any information that will help?

The NP6873 moved to 8th gen CPUs where as the NP6872 used 7th gen CPUs.
The gaming performance is determined by the GTX 1050ti, this performs pretty similarly to the desktop part so there are lots of benchmarks around to see if that's suitable for you. -
Thanks! I pulled the trigger before I saw this. So far it seems nice. It's so much quieter than my NP9150 was. I'll have to get use to it before I'll be able to put in a some sort of real evaluation. Right now I'm reeling from the switch to Windows 10 from 7! It was inevitable unless I wanted to learn Linux.

In some ways it's easier and in others they added kiddy style menus that don't help.
Why can't I find any reviews of a NP6873?
