Why is Discountbatt the only vendor for sager chargers?

Well at least for my np8130. My 2nd charger died out of nowhere and I have urgent work to do. I search online for a replacement and the only company that sells something with at least an expedited shipping service is Discountbatt. I just checked my tracking and its expected to arrive 6 days after I made the order! Why are there such few options? I read in other threads to refer to your previous vendor but powernotebooks.com went out of business and will even one of these vendors ship it any faster than expedited shipping? Also I am getting a 120w charger when there was an option for 90w. I hope I got the right one but I also read I might need a 180w charger. Really??? Sorry but I'm really frustrated right now. I appreciate any info.

 

Have you contacted your reseller? There are a wide variety of compatible name brand chargers from the like of delta and fsp out there that work with our machines.

 

Like I wrote, the reseller closed shop. Its too late at this point unless some place else can send one next day tomorrow. I'm just shocked. I plan on buying another sager once this one gets too slow but I'm worried about something like this happening again.

OP, you can get one from any place that stocks Clevo units.

 

Generally, batteries as well as chargers are available through Sager's site directly. You can just search for your model (Sager model number) and it would pull up the available options.
