My new Sager is pretty slow at ripping CDs using iTunes or CDex. Is there a driver that I am missing or something? I am running XP Home.

theres no drivers for optical drives.

its the software that you are using that needs to be compatible with the drive (as well as provide options to tweak the speed of the drive... for ripping and such)
