I have been shopping around for a W110ER and none of the available sites seem to offer the choice of an Intel 6300 wireless card. Is there only two antennas in the chassis preventing this option or is there some other issue?

Actually, there are only two antennas. You'll have to go with the 6230 or a Bigfoot 1102

well then I consider that another critical issue to add to the DDR3 GPU, it is now off my short list of possibles.

Yeah, its because of the lack of antennas, you can get whatever card you want but theres no real benefit.

Don't rule it out because of the DDR3, its still a very cool, very capable little machine. Theres nothing else in this class that performs like this. To get better performance you have to move up to 15 inch and if you can handle having a 15 inch you also get the benefits of better screen, more HDD bays.

I agree with Scott. The DDR3 GPU is clocked higher than DDR5 cards to close the gap. NotebookCheck noted very similar performance between the two.
