I just got my P150HM and can't wait to get it setup and my games installed, but i ran into a problem. I got it with the Bigfoot Networks Killer 1103, but it's not showing up in my device manager, and when i try to turn on the wireless, the light doesn't come on, so i can't use wireless.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? Is it possible they forgot to install the wireless card?

Hi, did you install your own OS? If so, you need to install the driver for that card. See here: Support

Should be drivers, if that doesn't work it's easy enough to check and make sure the card is installed :) Although I've never personally heard of that happening, mistakes do occur I suppose.

Exactly what MALIBAL said. The card works out of the box on Ubuntu. But when you install Windows, it won't see it and you can't switch it in with Fn+F11. I couldn't install the drivers via the drivers install disc either. This is what I did.

    1. Installed all drivers from the driver install disc (iso image for me since no dvd drive. I made cdr image from my mac).
    2. Connected to internet via ethernet port.
    3. Went to the BigFoot Killer's drive page: Support (linky via MALIBAL)
    4. Installed drivers from that page.
    5.Rebooted.
    6. Went through the install with the Speedtest thing (you need to install latest flash 10.3 in order to do so. Try not to click on any of the external links like reg-cleaner, et cetera during that setup. You'll find the flash link at the bottom left. You'll see what I'm talking about when you get here.)

I'm having the same problems, but installing the drivers doesn't work and it still isn't detected. I remember during the install it said initializing drivers, but nothing else. The status from the bigfoot manager says network device is disabled (does that mean it actually detects a card?) I ran bigfoot diagnose and I saw this

    Service IO: Connected.
    Communication with service: Good.

    Service Versions:
    Driver:
    LSP:
    Firmware:
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Install: Bad: Driver Not Properly installed.

does anyone have any idea what to do?

After installing the drivers, did you try enabling the card from control panel > network and sharing center > network adapters, or via FN+F11? That should let you actually enable the card, since it sounds like it's installed.

I've tried fn+f11 and looking at network adapters, pressing fn+f11 does nothing (no icons doesn't appear either). I just tried installing the latest hotkey software, but no results. When I went to look at the network adapter page, only the ethernet adapter was present. Device manager doesn't anything other than the ethernet either (like the TC). I'm curious to his steps, but is it possible its a faulty windows 7 installation?
