Can anyone answer this question for me? does anyone have this model and this screen?, i am ready to pull the trigger on the M571RU with the 1440 x 900 screen, and i need to know this before i buy it.
I know alot of you will tell me to go for the 1920 x 1200 resolution for whatever reason, but its not happening so please dont try to sell it to me lol, i just want to know about the 1440 x 900 screen offered with the eurocom M571RU and if there will be any ghosting on it. I have an Acer 6920 with a 1366 x 768 res, great screen for gaming, no ghosting at all, but need to know if the clevo screen would be on par with it.
    thanks

I've never seen bad response times on my current notebook and my last one. Your screen will probably be fine, since you are after all buying a Clevo. :)

Thanks, i "think" it will be fine too, but i would just hate to throw cash on it and have a killer video card in it, and a screen that cant respond. I'm just trying to eliminate any doubts before i buy it, so i don't end up with the dreaded "buyers remorse"

There should not be any ghosting on the LG Philips panels that Clevo uses.

In fact, the rule of thumb for these gaming notebooks is:
    - the lower the resolution, the better the contrast and the better the response time.

Did you read what I just said above?

Clevo (not Sager) chooses specific LCD panels to use with their systems and those have never shown ghost for the last 3-4 years I have been working on Clevo notebooks.
