Hey everyone. I have been trying to figure out how to fix a couple issues I have had since upgrading to Windows 8 but I cant seem to fix it or find a concrete answer as to if there even is a fix.

    1. Fn and Windows button functionality reversed on keyboard. Was this ever fixed with an update?

    2. One finger scrolling no longer works on touchpad. 2 finger scrolling is reversed and sensitivity is awful.

    3. How to turn off the God-awful Windows 8 gestures. I constantly pull the charm bar in from the right side no matter how hard I try not to

Are there any fixes in place for this yet?.

    1. Where is your Fn key located? In the latest EC/BIOS for NP9150, the button map for Fn key is on the right and Windows key is on the left -- if the button map is correct then you'll just need to swap the key caps. If it's the opposite then you may want to update the EC/BIOS
    2. That can be configured once you install the latest Synaptics Touchpad drivers
    3. Same as 2.

I guess I'll need to try and swap the keys without breaking them, then.

I'm on the latest drivers. One finger scrolling is enabled and doesnt work. I also don't see anywhere to disable the window 8 charm bar swipe from the application settings either.

Thanks. I downloaded that version and it fixed edge scrolling. One finger scrolling still doesnt work, however. If I enable 2 finger scrolling that works, but seems to be ridiculously inconsistent to activate and how sensitive it is no matter how i adjust the settings.

I can help with the touchpad. Just uninstall the windows 8 drivers and use the windows 7 ones that came with the laptop because everything including the scrolling function works. I have a p170em that came with windows 7(changed to windows 8) BTW
