    Do i need additional drivers or can Windows 10 see the drive?

    Windows 10 should see it natively.

    How about the 2 hdd space, do i need change any configuration in the bios or drivers required for it to see the drives installed in there?

    No but it's best to install the OS on the drive by itself first as windows has a habit of putting the boot partition on the 2nd drive making it very difficult to replace without stopping the machine from booting.
