@Taiwo Akinde - What version is your BIOS? (It should look something like 12.34.56.)

That was just an example (provided because some people list their Aptio setup utility version instead). The BIOS version is three sets of two digits, each set divided by a ".". I don't recall what the latest version is, but if the second set is not "05," then your BIOS does not support Windows 10.

You update it by flashing it. Obtaining the files for flashing is up to your reseller, unless you use a third party to help you flash it.

I don't think that's your BIOS version - unless you're using a third party BIOS.

If you don't have a BIOS version ending in .05.01, it may not support Windows 10 properly.

Reboot the computer, then hold the F2 key.

Once the BIOS setup utility appears, look for:

    BIOS Version:
    EC Firmware Verserion:

You should not need to downgrade. Upgrade, maybe; that depends on your version.

Not your OS. Upgrade the BIOS (maybe).

You can downgrade your OS if you prefer.

It has worked for other models, but you can't use the same software on all models.
