Glad you got it sorted. I was not sure what to tell you, seems odd to me but Windows has been known to lose activation when graphics cards are changed, its why I always do a fresh install when I change graphics cards.

Yea i did not think Prema's bios had anything to do with it...but that was only thing I changed.

It can happen even during a regular BIOS update.
I blame MS for implementing insufficient way to detect a motherboard change.
During my BIOS development work I had to reactivate Windows enough times to trigger a piracy protocol (their system thinks that this key has been installed on hundreds of systems).
So now I have to call up MS every single time it gets deactivated and confirm my identity.
But this is nothing a regular user will face...

I've seen this happen before when you change enough hardware that Windows may suspect you move the hard drive over to a new computer which is something they do not support. To prevent piracy they make you enter in the key code again.

Glad you got it figured out.

I had to call last time I formatted and reinstalled Windows.. It is irritating at a minimum.
