It appears that Wprime 1.6 gives a lower score than wprime 1.55. I have the NP5793 with a T9300 CPU. In Wprime 1.6 32M test I got a score of 54 sec, and in wprime 1.55 I got a score of 32 sec.

Make sure to optimize it for two cores.

I did. It was optimized for two cores, and set-up to run 2 threads.

Version 1.6 isn't running properly. Use the "latest stable version" which I believe is 1.55.

Gophn, that shouldn't make any real difference, but with 1.55 I get 38 seconds, while with 1.6 I get 66 seconds for the first test. That is very, very ****ed up.

1.60 is still a beta from what I was told... they should really label the latest (non-stable) builds as Beta... so that people would not take the results too seriously.

With 1.60 I got nearly twice the time I got with 1.55! I thought my computer was screwed up, but learned from some forum or another that 1.60 is doing that to almost everyone.
