Hi, how can i flash a Radeon 5870 "slave" card to "master"? The cards are from a X8100 and have the bios version BR37180.M21 (master) and BR37180.S21 (slave), full bios version "012.019.000.015.037180".

The X8100 master card works in my D900F, but show bugs in 3D Mark Vantage and Heaven DX11. No problems by X8100 master card with W8(6/7)0CU HD5870 bios. The notebook don´t boot with slave card, black display. I have tried to flash bios with a automatic flash boot CD in my D900F, no success.

Can anybody help or it´s impossible?

    ...sorry for my english ^^

Theoretically by backing up the master BIOS, and using one of the various programmes available to flash the Slave card. Please note this will completely invalidate the warranty on them if noticed! (If you even have one_

Also to get the machine to boot with one card; PROVIDED the second card isn't hardware crippled in anyway, you'd usually have to move it to the master slot, once it's had the master vbios flashed onto it.

Im presuming there are no cut connectors or anything like that.
