    Is German Clevo reseller XMG/Bestware currently missing in action?

    Last email I got from them was on 27/09. Haven't got a reply to my last couple of emails.
    Last activity of the @XMG profile on this forum was on 31/08.

    My order for the Clevo X170 was placed in mid-late August and back then I was told that the machine would arrive in their store in early September. Then the website updated this saying mid-September and if you check again now it says late September. What's going on? 1 month delay + no communication/presence from XMG is making me worried (on top of frustrated).

    sorry for the late reply. I'm sure you already got answers on your e-mails by now. Yes, we are generally more active on Reddit because it's a more efficient platform and in our own subreddit there are less off-topic distractions for me personally.

    For everyone who is currently waiting: next shipment of X170SM-G arrives on Monday, September 21. That's today! Wednesday, Sep 23. That's really today!

    Hello Tom, thanks for your reply.

    Did the stock finally arrive on Wednesday 23rd? Is this the stock with the UHD panels?

    I see that at the moment, the webpage for the Ultra 17 model says that the availability for the UHD panels is estimated from the end of October (!!!) so if my per-order doesn't get processed with the stock that you (hopefully) just received, I will have to wait at least another full month (which ends up being 1.5-2 months more in total when adding typical delays and actual building and shipping time) and in that case I will have no choice but consider cancelling my order.

    Could you please confirm that you received the stock of X170 computers with the UHD panels? Will ALL pre-orders from August be done with this current
