Sager does the warranty work for us on the Sager units and we are here to get everything setup for you if you'd like. Obviously, you can set it up direct through Sager as well, but we can act as that buffer to do the leg work for you. We do everything in our power to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible for you and to make sure you are satisfied with the new machine.

i can vouche for xoticpc and sager. when i bought the laptop in my sig, it poopooed on me. the motherboard was bad. i had my laptop back in 7 days and it's been running like a champ since.

Still working on the shipping issue since i live in Alaska sager does not pay for return shipping. Xotipc is pushing them to pay something Thanks XOTIPC. I already call Sager and gave them a Royal bit^&ing on the phone.

According to the Sager Warranty information on the XoticPC site, you are still within your 30 day return period:

Personally I think Sager should pay both ways, as you've spent a lot of money on it and it is faulty within the 30 day return period. They should really feel oblige to do so. If they don't, this is bad PR, and pretty bad form too. -
I would like to return it but if I do that then I pay shipping to. Also, If I bought a new computer then I would have to pay shipping to An APO and that is expensive to. NOt to happy now at all. But Xotipc is talking with Sager to see if they can fix the issue it was nice of them but I dont see where it can change because Sager says they do not pay for shipping out side of the continental US. At least they could pay the price say shipping from NY to CA and I could pay the difference.

You Should Stand Behind Your Product Sager. I Know You Dont Make The Gpu. Pay My Shipping And Then Get The Money From NVIDA For Sending A Faulty Gpu. Someone Needs To Be Held Responsible For Their Faulty Product NOT THE CUSTOMER. Let me state to that XOTIPC is doing a great job.
