well pros are that you're going to have the best performance possible on a desktop replacement notebook, (desktop CPU and crossfirex of the fastest AMD solution atm)

    Whilst cons are mainly (and apart from the big money you'll have to spend) Zero battery life and heavy weight; clevo x7200 has proven to have a good cooling system, anyone correct me if I am wrong;

    With My Regards

Go for the X7200 - it´s a great machine! - but avoid crossfire... or even the single 6970m - in the X7200. I only had problems with that config... that doesn´t mean AMD cards are bad, but in the X7200 they don´t seem to work that stable... Just read some threads like the X7200 Benchmarkthread...
I just exchanged the cards from 6970m to GTX 485m SLI.
After testing the 6970m in P170HM, I would recommend the card in that machine, but not in X7200...

MySN seems to be a good Clevo distributor, though I never dealt with them before.
I would NOT recommend Hawkfore, just read some threads about my experience with him selling 6970m ES cards in the first place and that for much more money than the cards did cost as they were officially released... never got the difference back. Right now struggling to get a damaged SDD replaced... though warranty should cover it...
@Hrvat: Strange, first post on this forum on NBR, then in German, and then a obvious hint to buy at Hawkforce...?

    Other german resellers:
NEXOC - mobile systems -> I can recommend, bought my M571TU back then and they had great service. That was over 2 years ago, though...

It is heavy and bulky, but I like the look of it... if you have to move it often, then it might not be the best idea.
High temperatures? Strange. The X7200 stays very cool. Maybe their test system had a bad paste job or the heatsink wasn´t good.
The X7200 isn´t very loud! Even when stressing it. If you turn on "full speed fan", yeah, that´s quite loud, but you don´t need it under normal circumstances...
There is a problem with using one adaptor under full load if you are running GTX 480m SLI and the CPU is used heavy the same time...
Never read about problems with GTX 485m or 6970m...
You can order a second PSU and let them work together.

PcsystemsevolutionX is great so far, I got the Barebone P170HM from them, but yes, they are a little expensive when ordering a complete config, though.

Skip the dead pixel warranty unless it REALLY bugs you.

And also, find a place selling it with a Sager branding, or at least stating that it's built on the Clevo x7200. If they get high temps, they're #@%*-ing something up. My ambient temp can hit 36 degrees celcius with 50% and over humidity in the daytime, and without an overvolt on my GPU (as long as my system is clean) my CPU and GPU temps rarely EVER pass mid 80's, under any circumstances. I have the previous model to the x7200.

System noise should not be high either. And there's no such thing as "more money for better cooling" when it comes to Clevo, it should be standard. If not, it's a rip off.

Okay. Hopefully, Clevo x7200 is a durable quality even if is graphics cards for SLI or CrossFire. Also temperatures normal when playing and idle.
If it also not loud and can also carry it.

Your need to use the warranty? why?

It's extremely durable quality. Even SLI/Crossfire. According to Tirenz, the x7200 has problems with 6970Ms on the whole. I don't know if it's *HIS* machine or the entire lineup. But it'll work fine with 560Ms and 580Ms. Temperatures are normal when idle and when playing they won't go crazy high; not higher than any other Clevo model laptops. As for carrying... it's heavy, but it's definitely mobile if you got a good backpack for it. I use the Alienware Orion backpack, but other people have other suggestions.

As for warranty, I did not get it, and I don't regret it, my screen is fine. Yours probably will be too. But if it bothers you and you want to be sure, then go right ahead and get the no-dead-pixel warranty.
