    Hi Guys,

Just to say that Xotic PC gave me some of the best customer service I've had and shipped out my laptop super fast even though i'm based in NZ.

    Thanks guys.

As people only post really about bad service I thought I would show that there are some great companies out there who care.

i did pm justin about how long it would take to ship to japan and he said 2-4 weeks but to my surprise it actually was the 2 week mark! :D

When I called XoticPC a few months back, a real human picked up the phone. I chatted for a few mins to get answers on all my questions, and was sold.

Haven't seen such good service since the mass migration to outsourced phone support a decade back.

    "XoticPC is win" :)

I've been considering picking up a laptop for the past year or so, and well, after being deployed (I'm US Air Force) multiple times w/o having a rig to take with me, I finally am taking the plunge and getting my first notebook. After reading such positive reviews about XoticPc, it's really hard to argue about going any other way than through them. So, when I get back to the states in May or so, I'm proud to say that I'll be going through Xotic and am sure I'll have no regrets with that decision.

I'm in the Air Force too and I'm getting deployed later this year. Looking ot upgrade from my cheap Compaq to a full gaming laptop. xotic and sager are winning me over with all of the good things I've been hearing.

Yeah have to admit, the only thing for gaming I have over here is my Nintendo DS haha. I miss my desktop a lot and can't wait to have a laptop to add to my collection. If you're curious as to the notebook I'm choosing, it'll be the Sager 5793. I'm hoping I get a reenlistment bonus when I reenlist later this year, cus if I do, well I'll give my girl the 5793 and get me a 9262/3 haha.

That's a plan! I'm hoping for a 5793 too, but may need to wait for my rebate check from the gov if I wanna pay for it all in cash.

Heh, that's why I took this deployment. That and tax returns should be plenty helpful too. As far as I've noticed, xoticpc is gonna save me over $100 dollars with my purchase. I plan to pay for it with a chashiers check too so I can save some more that way.
