    Xotic PC after warrenty RMA

    So I'm sending in my m570TU about 3months after the 1 year warrenty because the screen blacks out on me at random times. I believed this to be a software problem so I reinstalled windows, however it continues to occur. In addition to this black screen problem, the screen itself has a few issues. It has a few dark spots on it that just started appearing one day. It also has some vertical marks or something that won't stay off no matter how I clean it. The battery cover is slightly cracked; I have no idea how it got there. There is also some weird BIOS problem that doesn't allow me to boot from CD even tho I changed the boot order.

    Does anyone have any experience with their after warranty RMA process?
