Just wonder if anyone had a delay issue with Xotic PC , actually they can't even give me an estimate , although i emalied and called them.like 15 times , it has been 10 days now and nothing happened , do you think i should cancel the order !!!

Hi @DokO . We have had some models back ordered, if you can PM me your order number I can take a look. Note, a few models have been delayed by distributors who have specifically declined to provide estimates of how long the delays are to our agents. We're actively working with them to get reliable ETAs at the moment.

They already told me that all the parts are ready and in my inventory bin , but yet no one can give me a shipping estimate , although i told everyone of the customer support that i will travel abroad soon , but i kept getting the same reply , anyway i already sent you PM with all the details.
