I was just giving some info for comparison sake, Many people look up info for their own systems, and stumble into these forums. I went to the XoticPC page and I didn't see them offered for the Sager's that I could tell so I thought I could be helping the guys out.
I certainly didn't mean to threaten the sale of a wrap or anything... I apologize. I'm glad the other links remained up so people can at least see what else is out there.

An alternative to skins are stickers . . . you could have one custom made. We did a review of one here:

Sctickers.com... Just got mine in the mail. Thing is beautiful. If you check the site out and realize you would like to purchase one from there.
PM me and i will give you a code for 15% off. So your looking at $20. You heard me. 20 USD for a skin. check the site out or Rambo's review, you will not be dissappointed. -
hmm schtickers is seeming very affordable compared to the xotic at $89..
Is there a quality difference between the two, and what size would i need to get if i ordered a NP8660? -
heh also would be sick if i could order one for the surrounding keyboard area

I have never seen one from schtickers so i cannot comment on how they compare. In our price we install it and (depending on design) goes around the touchpad also. (which can be challenging on some machines)

Hey Justin, would it be possible just to take a couple of hi-res pictures of laptops you guys skinned?
But I mean real ones, like on a desk or something, so we can get a better picture of what's going on...
(because I think that's what the OP is looking for, and not alternatives..)
Thanks -

If you did it on the palm rest you would have to make sure that you clarified what you were getting. Having something on the palm rest pads (like stickers) could look kind of goofy if you thought you were getting the whole keyboard area.
It took a whole day for us to perfect the FlexiSign Pro template so the customer could completely customize the keyboard area...
Imagine if you thought you were getting that and you got something like this instead...
-
As far as I can appreciate Photoshop images, please do post hi-res real life photos.

I am sorry I cant provide any more then what is listed on our website at this time.
Here are couple Real Pictures (non photoshopped) below. Doing just the touch pad looks good!
We dont half do a job like the touch pad posted above....

Yea, how the touch pad stops on your D901C looks good, just like the lower half. Way easier to apply to that model than the 570 units. There just isn't a real "good" place to end them. Here's one of my "pride and joy" (REAL, not Photoshop) pictures. Everything on our customization page is a real picture of a system. Anyone feel free to go there and get ideas.
Just printed, before the protective layer goes on. You can see the top printout got screwed up with ink leakage for some reason. That's an expensive mistake. I figured I could save it and cut it down for a smaller system. The bottom one is the one you see on the system below...
The protective layer actually brings out the color a lot as well as protecting. This is environmentally resistive ink. It will last on a sign outside for years even without the protective layer.
If you are going to do these yourself at home with a regular printer and ink consider using a spray lacquer or something to protect your ink from moisture so it doesn't run. You're probably going to have to do some testing to figure out the right process so it would probably be easier to go to one of the skin places on the internet to have it done. -

^ Your right with the D901C vs 570xU and being no line.
We continually update our custom paint/skin pages as our archives increase. -

Any way we could get a link to that skin page? I could not find it on your site.

You can find it through our configurator or PM me.
EDIT: Thanks Shyster, you are quick to the draw -

From my understanding, it would be cheaper to skin it your self.
Lot cheaper. -
How about some real pictures of the skinned NP5796?
I'm really looking into buying a model, especially with the 9800M GTX, so I'd love to see some skins on it -

There is a ton on my customization page, I'm sure his will be similar.
