Xotic backorder on 9262?

My order went to phase 2 (on Jan. 11) which they say will take 3 to 7 buisness days. It's been 13 buisness days and it is still in phase 2 and I haven't gotten an email explaining the situation. Anyone else in this seat waiting for their 9262 to ship?

That's not good. My np962 order has been in phase two for a few days and I haven't been advised of any delays. Hope there's not a general problem getting these out, and hope you get your's soon.

 

I've had good luck getting updates on my build by using Xotic's live chat feature. My payment had cleared two days ago and I hadn't gotten an order update so I went online today, had an answer in 10 minutes, doesn't get much better than that.

 

I think the account page does not get updated as often as the actual status changes.

Once, I went into live chat, wondering about ship date, then they told me it shipped the day before and I should see it any moment. heh.

Similiar situation. I ordered on the 18th, it went to "Order Payment Pending" or Phase 2 rather quickly.. It's been that way since. I contacted them regarding it, got back to me last friday (24 hours), and Justin said it would ship out sometime this week. So even though it might say it's not being built/tested, that could easily not be the case. It has yet to ship out, but I have faith

Ideally getting my laptop next week. Wewt. I went with 3 day shipping so..

 

shame i cant access it, if i order one its blocked dont know why though as the alienware chat works fine.

Ordered my np9262 on 1/28, received shipping notice from XoticPC today, UPS tracking says delivery will be 2/05. That's great service!

 

Maybe your exact config was easy to make or was already done. Some customisation require extra attention or parts.Guess you were lucky. Now, we expect a review

 

Hoping what Justin said was true and that it will ship out this week.. although they've only got a day.. lol.

I have a college computer class and my professor wants a look at it on thursday. I'll be spending all those 3 hours installing software and games

 

Make sure your prof. doesn't get too jealous - with the games installed, it might get "confiscated" if you use it during class.

 

Man ,that sucks, o and wobble Feb 5th, you better have a review. ^_^

Also it would be funny if your professor said let me take it in the back to look at it or take it to my car and never came back. Talk about ownage.
