I'm going through a little headache here with all the new tech comming out. I recently purchased an NP5792 from XoticPC with the 2.4 core and maybe a couple days before shipment the Penryns came out. The notebook shipped out and I have everything set to change out the 2.4 for the 2.5 Penryn. Then the NP5793 came out... and I did get the 8800m GTX on my laptop. Well I've also set up with Xotic to get the NP5793 stuff done to my computer as well, at least that is when the notebook gets back to them (it's on it's way back). The cool thing with all this is that so far I'm only paying $66 bucks for the shipping both ways (I refused the package, hence it is unopened, etc.). Sorry for the longwinded intro but here is my question...
Can Justin from Xotic or Paladin from Powernotebooks guestimate how much the NP5793 upgrade will cost? Granted this is well within my 30 day return period and I never even opened the box, in fact I never even actually received it. When I rebuilt the system on Xotic's site with the aforementioned NP5793 stuff the notebook is very very marginally more expensive... and that's including the fact that the 4gb RAM upgrade discount has now expired.
The service department has it on hold for me pending a cost increase for the 5793 stuff. I wouldn't think this would cost anything more because if I were to just totally have returned the notebook and bought from another vendor or again from Xotic, it would have come out to the exact same or almost same as the system I originally configured just with another 33 dollars for ground shipping. Does this make any sense?
EDIT: If the price comes out to too much more, would I be better off just getting a refund minus the shipping and starting over?

Hello, The 5793 is being provided at no additional cost at this time. As long as you purchase the 8800GTX with the 5792 you will get the 5793 for free
Edit: Here is a link to a prior post on getting the 5793
The method you have chosen is the most cost saving option for you. Please feel free to email or pm me with any questions -

Forgive if I should have put this on a brand new thread.
I officially rejected my shipment with UPS, effectively sending it back to the Sager factory. Delivery took about 3 days travel time, so I assume it will be back at Sager by Friday or Monday at the latest... but hopefully Friday. The box is unopened.
My question is this... how long does Sager usually take to change out parts? I don't really care if its a whole new laptop or a change of parts, but since you guys are resellers, you are in the know in how long they usually take. I wonder if the holidays being over that it will impact the turn around positively. Any guestimation? -

It should take only a couple days to complete after they receive the system in.
