Ok well i know that they have warranties and such for 3 years....like i got....

can i freely upgrade Ram and Change the HDD if i want without voiding the warranty? i thought that the only thing that voids the warranty is breaking the CPU/Heatsink Sticker....

    Anyone know?

Pssst, it's spelled warranty. Also, the plural form is warranties.

I believe upgrading the ram and hdd do not void the warranty unless you damage something while performing the upgrade but i would contact Justin and/or his crew at XoticPC to make sure.
