I just bought a used Sager NP8150 (yay!) According to the seller he bought the laptop through XoticPC in April of 2011 with a 1 year standard warranty coverage. He also has all the documentation, disks, and warranty card information that came with the laptop at the time of purchase.

Do you know if warranty's through XoticPC are transferable?

    Just curious =)

    thanks!

When I sold my computer last year I asked them the same question and they said it is transferable and the only thing needed is the order number. Iirc

That is correct, warranties are fully transferable. If you need any work (hopefully not :)) just get ahold of us.

Thanks for the fast responses! =)

Cross your fingers I never need to send it in for an RMA, but with it being a second hand machine the history is unknown to me.

I got a great deal on the unit (500 off msrp) so it's worth the trouble. :D

    Thanks!

You could probably email xotic give them the order number of the machine, and inquire whether there have been rework or complaints filed by the former user.
