    In that particular case, yes, but I didn't say you should expect double the framerates you see in a benchmark.

    Strange, I could of swore you said "for example, averaged 15-20 fps on my friend's laptop, while the game proper rarely dropped below 40 fps on the same settings." would seem to me if you double 20 you get 40. You didnt say double but you are implying it. ;)

    Guess I'm not making myself clear enough... I meant to say you can expect similar performance in World in Conflict, but not in other games.

    Edit: I just now realized how backwards that logic sounds. All I'm trying to say is that benchmarks are rarely an accurate representation of how games will run.

    He's not saying that you should expect double the fps in game for every benchmark you run, he is simply stating an example to prove his point that benchmarks aren't 100% accurate.
