i sent back a laptop due to temperature issue , i asked the company to send me a screenshot after they said it got fixed , the screenshot had furmark using 1024x576 resolution , does that resolution have a lower gpu usage than 1280x720?? are they trying to fool me? btw the temps when i sent it was 97c now it is 91c?

91C is still kind of high. Besides, how long had they had Furmark running for compared to you?

sounds like they might be trying to fool you, if they switched to non standard resolution they could also have taken the bottom cover off and probably propped the laptop up to increase airflow. Still though 91c is still too high, whats the spec of your laptop? That screenshot should show GPU utilization and give you an idea of how long furmark was running for.

i dont know what they are trying to pull here , i asked them for a screenshot of 1920x1080 furmark test for couple of minutes to find that the old terrible temps are back , they told me they replaced my laptop but strangely the same issue still persist in the replacement , it seems like they didn't replace it at all or their clevo laptop are all messed up , im thinking about asking them to replace it with the 17 inch version so that i can rule out any foul play with the replacement matter.
