    how come there are no laptops with 8600m gt in sli? :D

    The Clevo D900c(Sager NP9260) will probably get 8700m GT(hopefully better) in SLI.

    You will probably see the "8700m GT"s in SLI instead. They are just overclocked "8600m GT"s anyway.

    i want SLi 8800 GTXs, coupled with another pair of SLi 8800 GTXs thru some uber unknown system to make a total of 4 cards baby

    actually thats not far from happening.

    like the 7950GX2 from before... which used two mobile 79x0 Go GTX GPUs

    Then having that SLI on a desktop board, you actually have 4 GPUs (2 x 2GPU)

    the same will probably happen when the mobile 8800M comes out, they will fit two onto a single desktop videocard and then SLI it to make a quad 8800 GPUs into one system.

    thats going to be amazing. :)

    Yeah, but that in a notebook is only going to happen if you strap an lcd monitor to an ATX case.
