A new motherboard should boot off your original install on your HDD and not require a fresh install.

Search under "Support" -> "Driver download" -> "Archive" -> XMG -> P722 -
I think that for RAID to work correctly they should be the same size drives and preferably on the same type of interface (either both on M.2 or both on SATA).
Then you have the choice of striping (for speed) or mirroring (for redndancy).
So you have two things working against your desire for RAID;
1) they are different sized drives
2) they are on different interfaces (I do not know how you would fool the RAID controller/ software in to believing that one, and even if you did the performance would suck). -
Thank you
but is there any drivers for ein 8.1 or windows 10 ?
I found drivers for win 7 and 8 -

If you're installing Windows 10, the OS itself will probably have most every driver available out of the box. The only one you would need to update is your GPU, which you can download directly from NVIDIA.

Honestly, it does not matter whether you set the BIOS to RAID or AHCI when you do a clean install of Windows. Both work identical in terms of single drive performance. RAID includes AHCI. The only advantage to setting RAID is you can add another matching drive later on and create an array with Intel RST without having to reinstall Windows. The only advantage to AHCI is if you never intend to do that you do not have to look at the Intel RST Option ROM for a second or two during POST if you are booting Legacy BIOS. If you are booting UEFI mode then it is irrelevant because that never shows on your screen either way (the Intel RST Option ROM menu appears inside of the BIOS in UEFI mode).
ahci or raid
