I m wondering when will this happen?cos from Cizmo's website we can see that 3870 is very powerful(~15k with mobile CPU is not a joke(dual GPU)),so imagine what will it achieve with Desktop quad core!also it is cheaper and far less expensive then 9800gt/x

I'm a little concerned about relying on 3D Mark as a reference for just how fast these dual GPU configs are. I'm looking at Tom's Hardware's All Gaming Graphics Charts (Q3 2008) and I'm seeing CF 3870's being beat by CF 2900XT's in several tests. That worries me a little.

I'm still interested in the OCZ Whitebook, but I'm also still interested in the NP5796. They both seem like fine options for "portable" gaming. I wonder how far off the HD 4800 series is for notebook configs. I imagine quite a ways considering that the HD 3800 series pretty much just landed, right? -
X9000 + 3850 X2 --> 12800 3dmark
