im not sure whats going on, but trying to play witcher 2, the game is incredibly choppy, and rage (known driver issues) are the only two things ive tried and neither one is performing well at all. I updated to 12.1 catalyst software and drivers, crossfire is enabled. where do i start in getting rid fo the problem?

Did you double check and make sure you're plugged in and your power settings are on high performance? (Both the hotkey power settings and Windows). Run the full vantage test and post your results. They'll give an idea as to whether it's GPU related.

What score do you get with crossfire disabled? Your results look interesting because that 3DMark score is almost exactly what I'd expect to see on a single 6990m without crossfire.

This was solved, I missed the fact that there was a second power setting associated with the hotkey driver , thanks all. If a mod wants this thread can be closed

Glad to hear that you got it sorted out. That hotkey driver power setting tends to get missed. Please feel free to contact us if anything else comes up :)
