    should I Keep defaut settings? or Change

    I Mean settings 3D like AA, V-Sync, Etc...

    In my opinion the best think you should do is set everything to "use application settings".
    Or if you feel that some game is running fine and you wanna put in some more "eye candy" you can make a aplication profile for that specific game with some more AA for example.
    I also remember that Alan wake required to set msaa from ccc to make plant look normal.
