hi guys been fishing on the aoc forums for a few days now trying to figure out why i cant install aoc and decided to see if anyone here with the same pc has seen this issue.
at first i would install the game and it would only run to the resources 5th part. then i went into the settings and turned off authentication and it installed up to the second disk and then after it starts installing the 16 number for resources it stops again. when i crashes the pc just shuts down instantly. i have a sager np 2090,core 2 duo 2.4,vista 64,4gram,8600gt,and 130 gig free space on hard drive. would appreciate any help .

    thats strange.

make sure you have no memory or HDD errors before installing.

    for HDD checking:
    1. Create a shortcut on the desktop to cmd.exe
    2. Right-click on the shortcut and select Run as administrator
    - type: CHKDSK C: /F
    - then say Yes and restart.

    for Memory checking:
    - use MemTest86+
