I currently have an old backpack, could be this model, though I bought it nearly 10 years ago:
Synergy GA-7305-14 Wenger Business Gear Backpack
I like it pretty well, but it barely holds my old 15" dell. When zipping it in, I have to take extra care not to run the zipper against the laptop. Also, it just feels too bulky when moving around (lots of empty space inside).
So I'm looking for a new backpack for my new 8275. Being a 17", I really doubt it would fit in my current bag.
Does anybody have any recommendations for either backpacks or briefcase-style bags to carry this laptop with its power brick? TSA approved would be a bonus, so I don't have to haul everything out of the bag at the airport.

I use an Asus ROG backpack which works well. Its made for 17.3" so should have no problems with the NP8275. Its also not as deep as the one you have linked.

The evereki titan is great if you need to carry a LOT of stuff.

I'm still looking around for a bag... But I've more or less decided that a briefcase-style bag may be more suited for carrying the laptop to work every day, compared to a backpack. Right now I'm considering the ZLCS-217 ( Amazon.com: Case Logic 17-Inch Security Friendly Laptop Case (ZLCS-217): Computers & Accessories ) but I'm not sure if it will fit the beast that the 8275 is. Any opinions?
