    Hi their i am new to this kind of stuff so please understand my weak knowladge.
    I am looking for a method to switch from my build in GTX1070 to the Intel grafikkart.
    Is their a way maybe with the perma mode bios?

    The intel IGP is physically not connected to anything in this model so there is no chance of using it to drive a display.

    This is the case with all Clevo desktop models.. If you want an Intel iGPU, the BGA ones like the P650 have MSHYYBRID mode in which intel iGPU can be used...

    also does the clevo bga model offer muxed gpu [fn+f7 in alienware]

    MS Hybrid is the mode that allows optimus. All 1060 models and up with a mobile CPU are muxed.

    Get throttlestop, you can program the CPU to clock down a lot if required, basically you can set different profiles in it.. You can lock the GPU to lowest clocks in NVIDIA Inspector so that way your battery life will be maximised

    You can try EVGA Precision X, that should allow locking to lower clocks but if too low, your computer might get issues!
