As Michael said, reseller ratings is good. Also I'd check around the Alienware forum as HID is/was popular over there

Why didn't you just bump your thread from a few days ago? No need to make multiple threads about the same thing..

If it comes down to it, they should take care of you just fine. But you have to deal with them for the duration of your warranty so if you're not comfortable with them, find another reseller. Simple as that. You could ask them when they started selling Clevos, could be fairly recent and that's why no one talks about Clevo machines from them.. I don't recall seeing anyone mentioning buying from them in the time I've been here. Plenty of happy Alienware users though.

Edit: Found this thread.. Might scare you though..

And this one as well. Seems like they can save international people money, but they're slow..

i just bought a clevo from them. i used this method cause they were the only ones who would ship it international. im not afraid of warranty, would be same thing as an alieanware for me cause there is no dell in my country.
hid built it in 4 days, arrived in romania after 4 days. its in customs now, cant wai to get my hands on it.
so far HID was ok. now i just have to see it :)
