I am experiencing troubles with my laptop, to be read here. In short: I think that with the assembly of the laptop the manifacturer has forgotten to remove the plastic from the CPU, resulting in excessive heat, and chrashes if stressed. Why i am thinking this? i have tried every possible scenario, updated all drivers, and the problem even occured while installing windows. So its definately hardware. I dont think its a bad CPU, bacause when not attached to electricity, it is stepped at 8x and it funtions normal, even when stressing it. So i contacted my reseller, they told me i could send it to them after trying a few updates in windows (witch i have done). And they told me i could open it up myself when i am experienced (im not really experienced with laptops, are with desktops a friend of mine is experienced with laptops.). And see if i can fix it without voiding warranty, however when i destroy anything then obviously warranty is voided. So now i am looking for a guide or building sceme on how to open it up more detailed then the user guide.
If anyone knows were i can find this, thanks in advance.

You could ask the vendor for the service manual?

Ask the vendor for a service manual, but don't get your hopes up. Clevo tends to charge for their service manuals, which means that only the OEMs (Sager, Pro-Star, Eurocom, etc...) have them on file, and they generally do NOT give them out. If you request specific instructions, however (e.g., accessing the CPU), your reseller or their OEM might be willing to give you those instructions.
