brand spanking new xoticpc laptop. got the nvidia 675m option for graphics. i dont think its working correctly. i added the line in the cuda txt file for the hack but its not working. hack works fine on my desktop pc and i see plenty on forums that hack is working fine on their laptops.

not sure if its the nvidia card is even activating even though i told it to load with premiere pro. no matter what i do it seems to want to run in software only mode. this is make or break deal for me with this laptop, if i cant get cuda to work laptop goes back. TIA

If you see the detail of your card using GPU-Z you'll find out that Cuda and DirectCompute aren't ticked, it seems like Cuda programming doesn't work when Optimus is enabled, and you can't disable Optimus on NP9150/NP9170(P150EM/P170EM), maybe that's why the CS6 wasn't using much of your 675M.

Maybe you can try assigning the adobe CS6 programs to Nvidia GPU in the Nvidia panel, worth a shot.

I know some of our customers have gotten it to work, you can also just do something like fire up furmark or something to kick on the nV GPU and then see if Adobe see's it. CUDA+Optimus works just fine for lots of people.

Glad you got it working which beta driver worked? I believe there are two available right now.
