It looks like you are trying to share an image from your mail box which you can't do.

^^^ yes these are the best people to carry out any repair for you if you are outside warranty, they will have parts in stock and are the official Clevo Service Center (primarily for system integrator support but they will repair customers's laptops as well if outside waranty). If you don't get anything from them, please drop me a line as we can also do it for you :)

    Hi Folks,

Sorry for using this old thread but I thought its best to put here as I have a similar issue.

I am looking for a Clevo Motherboard, W540SU1 model. I have sent an email to the [email protected] but it looks like they don't have this one in the stock.

would appreciate if you know any other Clevo re-seller in UK.

Also, my notebook is 14in, so I am wondering if I can fit any other motherboard (Clevo) within this chassis. The one which supports Intel® Core i7-4702MQ (2.2GHz) Mobile Processor

@hussainssabir - If they don't have that mainboard in stock then they should be able to order it in for you from Clevo. You could also try [email protected] - they are the German equivalent and as such have their own stock. Shipping from their office to you shouldn't be a problem.

The other shops online that you might see offering Clevo parts pretty much all buy from GoldenStar, so if GS doesn't have the part then unfortunately it's probably not available anywhere else in the UK. Try the German office, or ask the UK office to order one in for you and they should do that - may be a 3-4 week wait because it'll be put in with other stock orders, not shipped from China individually. You could also reach out to the company that you purchased the laptop from to see what they can do, assuming it's out of warranty?

Usually not economically (technically replacing the GPU chip might work), it would need a motherboard replacement.
